Terms and Conditions e19 Platform Usage

1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are a legal document governing the use of the e19 platform, including its website, services, games, and all content contained therein. This Agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the registration process and create an account at e19.

By clicking the "Register" button, accessing the e19 platform, or using any of the services provided, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

E19 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest terms in effect.

2 Member Eligibility

E19 services are available only to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria. You must ensure that you satisfy all of these requirements before registering or using our platform:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country or jurisdiction.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or ban list issued by any relevant regulatory body.
• Not use the platform on behalf of another individual without written authorisation from e19.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where the use of such a platform is prohibited under local law.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at e19. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and freezing of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed.

• Your account password is your personal responsibility — do not share it with anyone.
• Notify e19 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• E19 will not be held liable for any losses arising from the use of your account by a third party as a result of your own negligence.
• An identity verification process (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal is processed — documents that may be requested include your identification card and proof of address.

E19 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time to ensure platform security and compliance with applicable legal requirements.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

E19 supports a variety of payment methods suited for users in Malaysia, including online banking, e-wallets, and other approved local payment methods. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

Deposit: Funds deposited into your e19 account are available for use in games. e19 does not charge any processing fees on deposits under normal circumstances. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the chosen payment method.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests submitted during operating hours are typically processed within the timeframe set by the e19 finance team. Here are a few important things you should know:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same bank account or payment method used during the deposit.

• Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Failed withdrawals resulting from inaccurate bank account details provided by the member are beyond e19's responsibility.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

E19 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions set at the time the offer is released.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• E19 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Misuse of the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, is prohibited and may result in account closure and fund freezing.
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members and cannot be directly converted to cash.

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the e19 platform are operated in accordance with established rules and procedures. The use of a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) ensures that every game outcome is independent, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• The results of all games are final and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a verifiable technical fault confirmed by e19.
• In the event of a technical fault or system disruption, e19 reserves the right to void the affected game rounds and return the wagers to the members.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any unfair methods to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are as displayed within the relevant game interface.

E19 partners with internationally accredited game providers that have been certified by independent testing bodies. This gives you the assurance that every game you play is legitimate and fair.

7 Prohibitions & Forbidden Activities

Using the e19 platform for purposes that violate applicable laws or these terms is strictly prohibited. The following activities will result in immediate disciplinary action, including account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity conducted through the e19 platform.
• Fraudulent activity, including the use of credit cards or payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security systems of the e19 platform.
• Sharing your login credentials or allowing others to use your account.
• Opening multiple accounts to manipulate the bonus or promotions system.
• Any form of collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

E19 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons, without prior notice:

• Violating any of the terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age.
• Fraud or illegal activities involving the account in question.
• Requests from law enforcement authorities or regulatory bodies.
• At the member's own request — including self-exclusion applications for responsible gaming purposes.

Members may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting the e19 support team. Prior to closure, any eligible cash balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the applicable terms.

9 Liability Limits

E19 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes that did not go in your favour.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond e19's control.
• Any losses arising from the use of third-party services linked to the e19 platform.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

E19's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days preceding the arising of the claim.

10 Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

E19 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as the updated document is published on this platform.

It is your responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically. Continued use of the e19 platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
